NPA Tutor

As an NPA Tutor at Glamcandy, you will be on the front line representing the company through the delivery of our courses to different classes of students in High Schools or external locations. It is your core responsibility to apply effective methods of understanding, teaching and problem solving to drive a 100% pass rate in your class. You will lead with a positive, solution-based mindset and work with a hands-on approach with the overall goal of developing every student in your class, executing demos, assessments and ensuring you manage class retention appropriately.

Your direct line of communication will be with The Training & Development Manager & NPA Manager.

Desirable qualities;

• Make-up Industry qualified (HNC/HND)
• Confident in basic Hair styling

• Basic IT skills.
• Experience of working within a team.
• Creative ability.

• Ability to drive/reliable transport
