Global Gift Gala 2016
GlamCandy had the incredible opportunity to apply makeup to beautiful celebrities Eva Longoria and Nicole Scherzinger for the 2016 Global Gift Gala Ibiza held at the STK, Ibiza this month.
With celebs such as Nicole Scherzinger, Amaury Nolasco, Alesha Dixon and Danilo Gallinari on the guestlist, the event was a star-studded night of fundraising for the Global Gift Foundation.
Organized by founder of the Global Gift platform, Maria Bravo, the first edition of the Global Gift Party was held in the incredible STK Ibiza. The event was a magical evening to benefit the Eva Longoria Foundation and Global Gift Foundation.
The event was hosted by Eva Longoria, who said, “I am very excited to visit Ibiza for the first time.
“I want to thank STK for their cooperation in enabling the first Global Gift Party on the island. This is an event that will allow us to disseminate our work in such an international island like Ibiza, and raise much needed funds to continue the work we do.”
The Global Gift Foundation is a universally recognised non-profit organisation, founded in 2013, that aims to “have a positive impact on the lives of children, women and families who are in need.” This is achieved through providing housing, food, clothing and medical care, to name a few.
In 2011, the first The Global Gift Gala was held in Paris, with a number of elite celebrities attending for the cause. As the years have gone on, the foundation has travelled across the world, hosting their events in the likes of Mexico, Marbella and Dubai.
The foundations “Global Gifters”, are affiliated celebs with the cause. Famous names such as Pamela Anderson, Victoria Beckham and Goldie Hawn, are just a few names of the hundreds of Global Gift Ambassadors who frequent the events and actively fundraise for the foundation.
