Halloween at GlamCandy #GCHALLOWEEN2020
After a hellish year living through a pandemic, we at GlamCandy wanted to bring some spooky fun to your Halloween by running our #GCHALLOWEEN2020 competition throughout October. It was a roaring success, with some of the most unique and artistic looks we have ever seen.
We had five categories to choose from:
– SKULLS
– CHARACTER MAKEUP
– SPECIAL EFFECTS MAKEUP
– FANTASY MAKEUP
– ANIMALS
We had hundreds of outstanding entries, all incredible in their own way, but there were a few that really stood out. We chose our top 10 (which was extremely difficult!), and our Instagram followers then chose our top 3, who were revealed on our Instagram as:

• @PIRIEMUA
Hailing from Troon, 16-year-old Jodi Hainey (@makeup.byjodi) won our competition by receiving an outstanding 2k likes on her look over on our Instagram. With an incredible Cinderella-inspired SFX look, Jodi got the glass slipper!
In second place came Martin Aitken (@martaitken.artistry) from Glasgow and Caitlinn Pirie (@piriemua) from Aberdeen in third.
