Our private training Academy requires a talented marketing executive who can help promote our college and our students whilst maintaining our company brand standards. This is a varied role where you will work closely with our proactive sales teams to contribute towards business growth and brand awareness. You will also be required to work alongside and support the promotion of other departments such as our education and creative teams.
You will have a design/marketing background and will hold a relevant degree or qualification with 2-3 years’ experience in marketing. You will possess excellent project management skills with knowledge of various types of advertising types.
Managing communication with external agencies such as PR, advertising & paid media
Manage and distribute ad spend budgets
Create email communications including idea creation, copy and basic design
Design and distribute SMS campaigns
Managing existing online content to ensure it is current and in date
Co-ordination, management development of digital and print content
Liaising with Social media Manager on social calendar
Managing marketing plan inline with enrolments team yearly calendar
Experience of managing paid digital campaigns via Facebook and/or Google
Experience with website content management systems, wordpress, woocommerce & shopify
Experience with email marketing systems such as mailchimp
Excellent time management and organisation skills
Desirable Skills & Experience
Demonstrable email marketing experience – creation, management & reporting
An eye for design and an understanding of clean, balanced creative
Knowledge of photo/video creation and editing would be advantageous
Excellent written and spoken English
Flexible and adaptable approach to working hours
Experience using Adobe creative cloud
Eagerness to learn and adapt to changes
