Michelle has been in the Industry for 20 years. Firstly starting out as a Hairstylist and then adding to her skills over time with various beauty related courses. She has always done makeup but decided shewanted to further her skills in this field. She started her professional makeup journey 5 years ago. Michelle has undertaking both HNC and HND courses with GlamCandy and has learnt all her current and relevant skills and Techniques through GlamCandy, as well as working with other artists in the industry.
She wanted to combine her hair skills and experience with makeup to enable her to produce full looks. she loves to create full looks with one complimenting the other and this is something she is now able to offer from Bridal to Editorial or Theatre.
She joined the GlamCandy team in June 2022to take classes and work with the students. She loves passing on knowledge and skills to help students pursue a career in the Makeup Industry, and feels it’s rewarding to see them grow in confidence and evolve as artists.
Outside of working in the industry, Michelle enjoy travelling with family or friends to experience new adventures and cultures. she likes to socialise and does love a cocktail when she has a free weekend.
