Makeup artist Danielle works on the Oasis Fashion Campaign with GlamCandy Agency.
Oasis Fashion Stores celebrated 20 successful years as a British brand, and what better way to celebrate than with a party campaign! Featuring some of their signature dresses, with bold and stylish prints for this party season, the event wasn’t one to miss.
Oasis is a brand who pride themselves on being fashion-forward, not only in their collections but also their presence on social media and on the high street.
Danielle visualised the makeup and hair looks for the Festive Party Girl campaign at Oasis’ Glasgow store. The brief was to create a ‘festive party’ look, and Danielle didn’t disappoint. She created glamorous looks for four models that both highlighted their personalities and complimented their outfits.
Throughout her time working with the Oasis creative team and models, Danielle wanted to create looks that the girls would actually wear to keep the campaign as real and relatable as possible.
One model always wore a thick winged liner in her everyday life, and did not feel herself without it. It was therefore incorporated into the look to make the model feel her most confident and comfortable self.
Danielle said, “My inspirations for the looks were festive glamour, party wear and natural beauty. Each makeup look, of course, had to have some sparkle, which is always on trend in the festive season.
“I kept the skin very fresh and dewy for each look, as I wanted the eyes to be the stand-out feature. For the lips, again, I kept it very natural to tie in with the look. For the hair I went with a put-together yet relaxed style which had an effortless look to it.
“I had a great time working with Oasis. The staff members and creative team I worked with were very relaxed and it was apparent they all had a great passion for style.
“I have always loved the brand and working with them was definitely no disappointment. I hope you all enjoy seeing the looks I created for the photoshoot once it is released.”
