BIOGRAPHY

Since first experimenting with it as a girl, I have been absorbed by artistic make-up transformation. Whether it’ s making my freckles less pronounced, disguising a birth mark, even trying to make my forehead appear smaller, the creative freedom I felt with my very first pallet and brush opened a door to endless possibilities. Makeup soon became a cherished hobby and shortly after, a passion. As I matured, my skill in application developed and compliments from family and friends grew increasingly common, inspiring me to try new things.

By keeping on top of trends it was easy to find sources of inspiration for new and original looks. Though having worked exclusively on myself, it was intriguing to discover that what wouldn’t necessarily work on me, could look amazing on someone else. Those first experiences of free, artistic licence on foreign skin were amazing. There was nothing more rewarding than seeing the expressions of friends and family after I had completed their makeup, and it was this very feeling that propelled me into the profession. To help define someones look for a special occasion in their life gives me great pride and a huge sense of achievement. No two days are the same, every face a unique canvas and I absolutely love every second of it!
