Dionne joined us here at glamcandy back in May 2022 as our operations manager, now she looks after HR duties, finance as well as her initial Operations Manager roles.
Her typical day here includes communication with our Finance team, handling Emails, calls, problem solving, supporting staff and working closely with Ryan, our Training and Developing manager. Most days she is updating HR toolkit and dealing with any issues that may arise, authorising holidays, dealing with absence and reviewing and authorising invoices for payment.
Dionne is a workaholic, but when she does give herself a break you’ll find her spending time with her daughter, eating out with a cocktail and catching up with the girls when she can!
