Donovan Mason

Donovan started with us in January 2020, and is our Student Management here at GlamCAndy. No two days are the same in Donovans role, his job is quite reactive depending on the time of year. You will normally find him in the colleges either welcoming new students, or helping current students with funding issues. 

Student recruitment is normally a two step process, and Donovan does the second step by helping students get their funding in place and do visits with them beforehand. He also does a lot of admin behind the scenes, tasks such as set-up of courses, liaise with SAAS and SLC and register students with SQA.

Out with work, he likes to play a decent amount of sport – football, cricket and squash. He also loves going to the cinema! His favourite bit about the job is definitely the students, they’re all different and it’s great to see the full journey from speaking to them about the course to seeing them succeed at the end!
