We caught up with our Training and Development Manager, Ryan McCrum, about his current top three.
Ryan has worked in the industry for 11 years now, working with many different companies all over the world. Ryan had an extremely successful career with Charlotte Tilbury, becoming apart of their management team and even moved to Dubai with them.

Do you want an undetectable soft focus finish on your skin?
